Something exciting in the world of Texas mountain biking is the addition last year of a high school league. Last year Texas joined the ranks of California, Colorado, Washington, Utah, Minnesota, and Tennessee and formed a league of its own. This year the spring series is half way over and the growth from last year to this year has been promising.
Andrew, my brother-in-law, coaches for St. Stevens. (Last year he was at Austin High). He loves coaching his team and leading them on training rides. They even built their own trail right out the backdoor of their high school. Cool stuff.
